The journey has begun with blessings of all senior and junior colleagues and my mother and respected ones.
Numerous questions are being asked about the quality of dental graduates and post graduates who are passing out from one of the highest concentrations of dental colleges in the world. Who are responsible if the standard is going down? Is it the ministry, the council, the state governments, the universities, the colleges, the faculty or the students? Or is it collective responsibility? If any students are bad, is it my responsibility? Yes, I cannot force anyone to study or work but I can certainly try. If I can raise interest in a certain percentage of students every year, I will be happy. If I am responsible for my students I will hope teachers teaching my siblings will do justice to them. Raise the bar slowly and steadily and we will be proud to be MDS in conservative dentistry and endodontics.
Pronam and Praying
