The tooth was necrotic with internal and apical resorption. Treatment was performed without inter-appointment dressing. Because of presence of internal resorption in midroot, the canal space completely obturated with CEM cement. (b) Follow-up radiograph at 12 months after treatment. The sinus tract resolved and preiapical osseous lesion healed.
